WHITES
2006 Colorado Chardonnay~ The "Un Chardonnay." Fermented in the barrel to bring out the buttery apple and pear flavors.

REDS
2007 Colorado Sangiovese (Talbott Vineyard)~ A light bodied Summery Red! Flavors of bright red cherries followed by a crisp clean finish.
2007 Colorado Little Feet Merlot (Talbott Vineyard)~ Enjoy layers of luscious berry flavors up front on the palate with a rich full bodied finish. Stomped by little feet at the "Balistreri Children's' Grape Stomping" Fall 2007.
2007 Colorado Syrah (Horse Mountain Vineyard)~ Intense! Black pepper on the nose, then ripe berries and fresh cream prelude the long spicy black pepper finish.
2007 Cabernet Sauvignon ("Brothers Cab")~ A smooth easy drinking Cab, with earthy flavors of plums and spice.
2006 Colorado Cabernet Sauvignon (Hovde Vineyards)~ A "Big Cab". Aromas of lavender and fresh black cherry lead you into the blackberry, currant, and nutty flavors followed by bold tannins.

Balistreri Port~ A "ruby style" port. Butterscotch aromas with velvety grape flavors.
